Satisfaction Guarantee

To date, we've experienced only one package lost by the USPS, and NO DVD defects.

We stand behind our products and offer a money-back satisfaction guarantee on any defective DVDs. We promise that you will be satisfied with the technical performance of each and every DVD, as long as your player meets the compatibility requirements of NTSC and -R or +R respectively. We do require that the defect is reported within 30 days of the purchase date.

We also offer a money-back guarantee on any film purchased individually. This offer does not apply to any package or to anyone who has purchased more than one film in the same transaction or within 60 days of another individual purchase. The request for money back must be done within 30 days of the date of purchase.

Before mailing in the DVD for a refund or requesting a replacement, please use the form on this page and include all transaction information, along with the detailed nature of your request.

Domestic Shipments

Domestic orders are shipped within 3 business days via USPS with delivery confirmation and free shipping and handling.**Any Order Totaling $99.95 or Under.

International Shipments

Non-bulk, non-U.S. orders are shipped via USPS within 5 business days, using the following Shipping and Handling, based on the cost of your order:

Order Notification and Invoicing

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email from the USPS.

Customers will immediately receive a printable invoice via email from PayPal.

Bulk Orders:

Minimum Order is 120 units + $130 U.S. Shipping & Insurance @ $12.50 per unit.

**All orders exceeding $99.95 will be charged a minimum graduated fee of $8, $16, etc.

All orders shipped to Tennessee are subject to a State Sales Tax Rate of 9.25%.
