None of our DVDs are currently available to Tennessee residents. Your payment will be refunded if your destination address lies within the State of Tennessee (US).

Due to regulatiolns of the USPS, shipment to federal buildings, military bases and embassies require us to incur additional expense by hand delivering the package and filling out customs forms that normally are handled online through PayPal. So, there will be an additonal cost of $10.00 for handling added to these shipments.

Satisfaction Guarantee

To date, we've experienced only one package lost by the USPS, and NO DVD defects.

We stand behind our products and offer a money-back satisfaction guarantee on any defective DVDs. We promise that you will be satisfied with the technical performance of each and every DVD, as long as your player meets the compatibility requirements of NTSC and -R or +R respectively. We do require that the defect is reported within 30 days of the purchase date.

We also offer a money-back guarantee on any film purchased individually. This offer does not apply to any multi-DVD purchase, the A1AR2.0 DVD, or to anyone who has purchased more than one film in the same transaction or within 60 days of another individual purchase. The request for money back must be sent to us within 30 days of the date of purchase.

Domestic Shipments

Domestic orders are usually shipped within **7 business days via USPS with delivery confirmation and free shipping and handling.**Any Order Totaling $99.95 or Under.

International Shipments

Non-bulk, non-U.S. orders** are usually shipped via USPS within **10 business days, using the following Shipping and Handling, based on the cost of your order:

Order Notification and Invoicing

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email from the USPS and a printable invoice via email from PayPal.

Bulk Orders:

Minimum Order is 120 units + $130 U.S. Shipping & Insurance @ $12.50 per unit.

What information do we collect? How do we use it?

When you order via the secure PayPal server, we only receive your name, e-mail address, mailing address, and the products you ordered. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status. When you enter a contest or other promotional feature, we receive your name, address, and e-mail address so we can administer the contest and notify winners.

How do we protect customer information?

PayPal uses a Secure Server for collecting personal and credit card information. The secure server layer (SSL) encrypts (scrambles) all of the information you enter before it is transmitted over the interenet and sent to us. Furthermore, we never see any of the credit card data. All the customer data (name, email, and adddress) we view is protected against unauthorized access - and falls under PayPal's privacy agreement. PayPal is recognized as a trustworthy payment method - worldwide.

What about "cookies"?

"Cookies" are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. We use a third party online service to check on traffic. We do not use cookies to collect or store any information about visitors or customers.

Will MOONMOVIE.COM disclose any information it collects to outside parties?
